About the event
Overview
What Support at Home was designed to deliver, what has happened during its first year, and what the difference means for OT practice.
One year on, the program design has been felt in practice.
Support at Home introduced significant changes to how community aged care is accessed, funded and delivered. Twelve months later, we can begin reflect on what the program was designed to achieve with what Occupational Therapists, providers and older people have experienced in practice.
This webinar brings together the key developments, emerging challenges and practical lessons from the first year of Support at Home.
Rather than repeating a general program overview, we’ll examine what has actually happened, and what it means for your decisions, documentation and conversations with care partners.
