Consulting Services

Ad Hoc Consulting

Expert input when you need it — no retainer, no locked-in scope.

When this works
You're facing something specific: a decision that's stalled, a team dynamic that's off, a policy that isn't landing, or a situation where you need someone who understands nervous system load and organisational stress to call it as they see it.

This isn't for strategy projects or long-term programs. It's for:

"We need a second set of eyes on this" - reviewing policy or procedure, clinical practice guidelines, supervision or specific case scenario..

"Something's not working and we don't know why" - troubleshooting inefficiencies, challenges achieving outcomes, stakeholder engagement or system navigation.

"Help us think this through" - decision support on aged care registration, models of care design, what to invest time towards to achieve desired outcomes.

How it works
You tell me what's going on. We work it through — whether that's a focused call, a document review, scenario planning, or me sitting in on a debrief and naming what I'm noticing.

  • $275 + GST per hour

  • Invoiced weekly in arrears

  • No minimum commitment

  • Remote delivery across Australia

Project Consulting

Fixed-scope engagements for organisations that need a defined piece of work delivered - clear deliverables, timeline, and price agreed upfront.

When this works
You know something needs to change. You don't have the internal capacity or expertise to design and deliver the solution yourself. You need someone to scope it, execute it, and hand you something you can actually use.

This is for work with a defined beginning, middle and end:

  • Aged Care Diversification and Action plan — assess current state, identify gaps, deliver a roadmap to enter or expand your aged care work.

  • Support at Home Workflow Guidance - development of workflow guideline resources that include end-to-end steps and templates as agreed. Supervision/ in-service as required to embed learning.

  • Staff Onboarding/Training - evaluate whether your leaders have the regulation skills to hold emotional load, and what to do if they don't

  • Business Development - Research and identification of suitable providers/referrers and support with outreach and onboarding.

  • Compliance and Governance - policy gap analysis mapping e.g. NDIS documents to aged care equivalents (SIRS, Code of Conduct, worker screening, service agreements etc.) and action plan to consolidate.

  • Website & Digital Presence - Development of a content briefs for the aged care landing page, blog posts and supporting digital assets.

How it works
We start with a scoping conversation to define the problem, the deliverables, and what success looks like. From there, I propose a fixed project with clear milestones, outputs and pricing. We touch base regularly regarding progress.

  • Custom pricing scoped per engagement

  • Milestone-based invoicing

  • Defined deliverables and timeline

  • Remote delivery across Australia; in-person available with travel costs
